His Story – The Storyline

Mary the Mother of Jesus and John the disciple whom Jesus loved are told by Jesus on the Cross to become mother and son to each other. (John 19 25-27) They then go to live in John’s home.

Mary and John would have known more about Jesus’ life then any two people in the whole world. As they, together with Peter, reflect on and proclaim the life of Jesus the greatest story in history reverberates on stage in an exuberant fusion of music, acting, dancing and multi- media.

His Story was first performed in 2005 at the Ferneham Hall, Fareham, Hampshire followed by productions as the Kings Theatre, Southsea, the New Theatre Royal, Portsmouth and Central Hall, Westminster, London. The Central Hall production was part of the 2008 London Pentecost Festival with His Story sponsored by Release International- it included Bollywood star Anil Kant from Mumbai, India.
